Returns
The NutraSmart LLC return policy is simple. If you don’t like it we’ll take it back. Should you decide that you don’t want one of our products for whatever reason, you can send the unused portion back for up to 90 days after the purchase date. Simply email us at returns@nutrasmartonline.com with your name, the email address you used when ordering and any information you have about the order (little things like order number, approximate date of order, etc. can really help us speed things up).
We’ll email back a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All you need to do is print out the email and put it in with the product you are returning. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
